油麵 Oil Noodles

材料 Ingredients
鹼麵 Alkaline noodle 1 份 portion
Canola Oil 菜籽油1 大匙 Tbs
香油 Sesame oil 1 大匙 Tbs




做法
1.燒開2/3鍋水後將麵條丟進去煮3分鐘或到你喜歡的軟度。
2.撈出麵放進冰水裡鎮涼後濾乾。
3.涼透的麵條拌上食用油和香油即可。若不立即食用,裝在包鮮袋內放進冰箱冷藏。



PROCEDURE
1.Bring a 2/3-full pot of water to a boil Add the noodles and cook for 3 minutes or until the noodles reach desired softness.
2.Transfer the noodles to ice cold water. When they completely cool down, drain the water.
3.Mix the noodles with the cooking oil and sesame oil. If no using right away, place the noodle in a zip-lock bag and store it in the fridge.
