做法
1. | 燒開2/3鍋水後將麵條丟進去煮3分鐘或到你喜歡的軟度。 |
2. | 撈出麵放進冰水裡鎮涼後濾乾。 |
3. | 涼透的麵條拌上食用油和香油即可。若不立即食用,裝在包鮮袋內放進冰箱冷藏。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Bring a 2/3-full pot of water to a boil Add the noodles and cook for 3 minutes or until the noodles reach desired softness. |
2. | Transfer the noodles to ice cold water. When they completely cool down, drain the water. |
3. | Mix the noodles with the cooking oil and sesame oil. If no using right away, place the noodle in a zip-lock bag and store it in the fridge. |
